Account ExecutiveWe are seeking an Account Executive with 4+ years of sales experience to join our growing New York, NY team at Alliance Risk. In this fast-paced, high-performance role, you'll be driving new business in D&O, E&O, and Commercial Liability insurance sectors. You'll play a pivotal role in managing a diverse product portfolio, closing new business daily, and collaborating closely with the sales and underwriting teams to deliver tailored risk management solutions for high-growth companies.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting & Closing Sales: Generate leads, pitch tailored solutions, and close deals daily in D&O, E&O, and Commercial Liability sectors.Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, handling renewals and ensuring client satisfaction.Target-Driven Performance: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales dustry Expertise: Stay current on D&O, E&O, and Commercial Liability insurance solutions, and use your knowledge to deliver the most relevant and dynamic coverage.Negotiation & Closing: Use your deep understanding of the insurance industry to confidently negotiate and close deals that drive long-term relationships.Manage a Diverse Portfolio: Underwrite a diverse product portfolio in the D&O, E&O, and Commercial Liability Insurance sectors, delivering New Business, Renewal Retention, and Loss Ratio goals in line with company strategy.Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively propose and implement underwriting decision-making and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall underwriting process.Special Underwriting Projects: Lead or contribute to special underwriting initiatives aimed at improving the company's offerings and underwriting strategies in the innovation economy space.What We're Looking For:Mandatory: Knowledge and applied use of Epic4+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally in insurance or a related dustry Knowledge: Familiarity with D&O, E&O, and Commercial Liability Insurance.Results-Oriented: Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, high-performance munication Skills: Strong ability to present, negotiate, and close deals with clients.High-Energy & Motivated: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment.Detail-Oriented: Capacity to make informed underwriting decisions and document them meticulously to ensure alignment with company pensation:Competitive Salary + weekly performance-based bonuses.Lucrative Commission Structure based on new business, renewals, and client retention.The Alliance Risk Work Environment:Our team is collaborative, high-energy, and results-driven.
