Account ManagerPosition Summary: The Account Manager oversees key deliverables and collaborates with operations teams on designated accounts, working closely with the Executive Director of Sales to ensure seamless production processes. They are responsible for meeting customer timelines by ensuring timely execution of product launches and reorders.Duties & Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Product Development Manager for seamless project handoff and receive the sales master file.Develop a detailed timeline for order processing and coordinate with customers to ensure all deadlines are met for on-time dispatch.Participate in daily production meetings and weekly planning sessions to provide updates on scheduling and client requirements.Establish and maintain a project tracker to monitor critical timeline milestones and proactively adjust schedules to stay on track.Lead or attend weekly client calls to review project timelines, key deliverables, and follow up on action items.Evaluate customer component samples alongside Operations using the New Product Package Review form to finalize production run times.Verify the client's Bill of Materials (BOM) and F&A instructions.Prepare and present final price quotes to the put BOM details into the CG workflow system.Confirm client Purchase Orders (PO), including pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and component estimated time of arrival (ETA).Host project Kick-Off meetings for new initiatives, collecting key project details and timeline milestones, and establishing a clear communication plan for updates and follow-ups.Obtain final artwork from the client for Quality Control (QC) inspection and approval.Facilitate formula bulk approval processes.Oversee PR samples, line trials, and pilot batchfirst production runs.Manage the submission and shipment of samples for client approval, including bulk submissions, PR, PDS, and BME samples.Conduct Post-Mortem reviews with the core team to document challenges, successes, and key takeaways for future projects.Analyze actual costs versus final pricing and recommend production plan adjustments to optimize costs for reorders.Oversee annual pricing updates for all active products.Provide clients with historical account order data to assist in forecasting for the upcoming year.Secure necessary micro waivers and ensure they are signed by the customer to meet shipping deadlines.Manage accounts and operations through the Ulta Portal, overseeing order processing, tracking, and communication to ensure seamless account management.Maintain proficiency with Lingo and ITHOS systems.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree requiredMust have at least 5 years of experience in contract manufacturing within the beauty or skincare sectors in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.Must have experience managing multi million dollar accounts Must have experience using the Ulta Portal for managing accounts, orders, and communications.Must understand and have experience with Lingo and ITHOS.Pay: $80k-100k
