Project Manager (100-125K)Due to growth and expansion, we have an exciting Direct Hire opportunity for a Project Manager to join a dynamic and innovative manufacturing team in Central NY.Overview:State of the art Manufacturing Facilities (within 25 miles West of Syracuse). Duties:Lead projects from initiation to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and resources.Manage a wide range of projects valued between 50K and 500K.Develop and manage project schedules using tools like MS Project or Smartsheet.Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.Monitor progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Drive problem-solving and innovation throughout the project lifecycle.Education and Experience:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.5+ years of experience as a ProjectProgram Manager in manufacturing.Familiarity with phase-gate project management.
