Position Summary OnPath Credit Union has an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Retail to join their executive team. This position will oversee the credit union's sales and service initiatives, the branch network, all member interactions through digital channels, and retail products. This leader will drive growth and profitability by ensuring member-facing staff are knowledgeable and friendly and provide outstanding personalized service. The Senior Vice President of Retail Delivery will lead a team of professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help develop and execute strategies that deliver exceptional value to OnPath's membership and enhance the credit union's market position.
