PDS | Senior QA Manufacturing Inspector

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in manufacturing inspection and quality assurance?We are looking for a Aerospace QA Manufacturing Inspector (not software quality) to join our team located in West Falls, New York and ensure top-notch production standards.What You'll Do:Perform complex first piece and AS9102 compliant first article inspections.Evaluate manufacturing processes, tools, and operator competency.Conduct inspections using automated and manual measuring equipment.Read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T blueprints.Support engineering and production teams in process improvement and nonconformity evaluations.Train operators and inspectors in best practices and inspection techniques.What We're Looking For:At least 5 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.Strong proficiency in GD&T and blueprint reading.Familiarity with inspection tools and equipment (experience with CMM machines is a plus).Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams.High school diploma or GED preferred.If you're passionate about quality and have a keen eye for detail, let's connect!Please send over a current resume.
