Financial Analyst -Contract KPMG Assignment Select is geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work. Our team is comprised of highly trained third-party professional individuals who are in the right place, at the right time, with the right skillset.KPMG is working through its partnership with Magnit and is currently seeking a Sr Financial Analyst, to join our CFO organization on a hybrid basis for a six-month contract. Responsibilities:Assess financial statements and supporting schedulesReview and interpret current and historical financial dataProvide support in budget preparationAnalyze variances from forecasted plan, report results, and recommend solutionsCollaborate with functional leaders to participate in the preparation of annual plan and quarterly forecastsQualifications:Minimum three years of recent experience in financial analyst or similar experience; preferably within a professional services firmBachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityProficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including advanced Excel skillsExperience with data managementretrieval and reporting systems such as Hyperion Financial Management, PeopleSoft Financials, or Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) Business ObjectsKnowledge of GenAI preferred KPMG complies with all localstate regulations in regard to displaying pay rate ranges.
