TriSearch | Outside Sales Representative

The Outside Sales Representative will work with other members of the Sales team to increase company profitability and customer satisfaction by ensuring professional, quality, and timely delivery of product to the company's existing customers as well as generate new customer business. Outside Sales Representatives will represent the company in a highly professional, safe, and effective manner. Job Duties:Identify and establish contact with potential customersDevelop and maintain relationships with existing customersPerform all assigned duties in the assigned sales territory.Secure opportunities to quote on customer requirements.Follow up on quotations submitted to customers.Establish professional customervendor relationships with appropriate customer personnelSecure orders from existing and potential customers by means of visiting the customer facility or contacting by phone, email or social mediaAnalyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.Submit weekly activity reports concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customervendor relationships.Provide a territory sales forecast on a monthly basis.Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customersFollow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential salesRecommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographicGenerate and submit sales reports to managementJob requirements:Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectivesImpeccable interpersonal communication skillsThorough understanding of the industry and industry trendsFamiliarity with marketing strategies and consumer psychologyProficiency with the word processing, spreadsheet and presentation softwareAbility and willingness to travel for trade shows, demonstrations and client meetingPlumbing product knowledge preferredAppliance knowledge a plusCurrent Driver's LicenseHigh School diploma or equivalent, additional education or equivalent experience preferredMust be organized and attentive to detailAbility to lift 75lbs
