Senior Estimator Start: 02102025 End: 03312026 Duties: In this role, you will be responsible for the direction and preparation of lump sum, unit rate and cost-plus industrial construction cost estimates ranging from simple cost analysis to definitive estimates in support of proposals, project controls, prime contractor and subcontractor submittals and project change orders.Skills: Preferred Skills: Complex estimating principles and practices including conceptual estimating (track new developments inside and outside the firm). Cost engineering. Mathematical skills. Consulting skills. Planning skills. Analytical skills. Interpret and understand specifications and contracts.
