As an ICONS Beauty Group company, we collaborate with clients to deliver premium injection molded tubes with luxurious finishes.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at ICONS|America in Dallas, NC. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, process engineering, industrial engineering, and engineering management on a day-to-day basis. This person will also be responsible for all the new equipment projects in the plant. QualificationsManufacturing Engineering, and Industrial Engineering skillsExperience in engineering management and manufacturing operationsStrong project management and strategic planning skillsKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesEffective communication and leadership skillsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferredPrevious experience in the beauty, health, or wellness industry is a plusEducationMaster's degree in, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or commensurate experience. Minimum of 6 years of experience in injection molding polyolefins and PET. Proficient with Solid Works. Proficient understanding of Mold building and tooling. Project Management Experience required. Familiarity working within the standards of the Cosmetics Personal Care Industry or Food and Beverage.
