Some of your responsibilities include the following:Provide Commissioning and Construction Administrative including engineering and technical support on ongoing projectsReview designs and lead and direct onsite commissioning activities, including technical documentation and contractual requirementsEnsure all aspect of construction project are designed, installed, tested and maintainedAssist with identification and addressing of commissioning and construction MEPFP system operational issues.Responsibilities include development of Commissioning Plans, specifications and finial Commissioning Report. "Cradle to Grave"Maintain strong client relationshipsTroubleshoot technical MEPFP related issuesThe ability to act as a liaison between Vanderweil Engineers (PIC, Project Manager and engineers), end client(owner) and contractor (including subcontractors)Essential Skills & Requirements8+ years' experience in related field (on-site construction experience is required)Bachelor's Degree in related field or related trade experienceUnderstanding of HVAC controlsStrong analytical and writing skillsMEPFP design and construction experience is requiredTravel required (No Weekends - limited overnights)PE, CX, and LEED Certification is a plusOur Flexible & Hybrid Work CultureAt Vanderweil Engineers, we recognize the importance of work-life synergy and believe our best work is done when flexibility is offered, and wellness is supported.Our flexible and hybrid work style allows team members to have the freedom to be innovative and drive results their way.
