This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees, leveraging our Oracle ERP system. If you have a passion for precision and a strong background in payroll operations, we invite you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Accurately process payroll for employees across multiple locations and jurisdictions in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.Utilize Oracle ERP to manage and process payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve issues promptly.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations.Prepare and submit payroll tax filings, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations, implementing changes as needed.Support audits related to payroll by providing necessary documentation and responses.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a Payroll Processor, Payroll Specialist, or in a similar role, preferably within the technology industryProficiency with Oracle ERP payroll modules.Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Experience processing payroll in a global or multi-state environment.Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation or equivalent.Familiarity with technology industry payroll practices.
