They are committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions for their clients and is passionate about creating vibrant communities to enhance the built environment.Job Description:Position Overview: They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Design Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with 2+ years of experience in single-family residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil design and a passion for contributing to the development of residential communities.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the design and development of single-family residential projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design.Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with project managers, senior engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software to create detailed engineering drawings and models.Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to support stormwater management design.Coordinate with local municipalities, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.Provide technical support during the construction phase, including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.EIT certification is required.2+ years of experience in civil design, with a focus on single-family residential projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Flexible work hours and remote work options.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume!
