The SDR will focus on contacting prospective new clients utilizing a variety of technology solutions to generate qualified leads for the Account Executives.The Sales Development Representative reports to the Account Executive.Essential FunctionsCollaborate with sales leadership to define campaigncommunication tactics & strategy to best qualify and engage prospects.Engage in conversations with mid to senior-level contacts regarding business prioritieschallenges and explore relevant solution optionsUtilize sales and prospecting applications such as: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others.Articulate the value proposition of our products and services and overcome objectionsEffectively transition qualified leads to sales leadership for conversion to customers. Utilize email to schedule appointments, ensure appointments are accepted and follow up with the prospect and sales leadership to ensure the connection is madeCapture accurate and complete information in CRM including contact information, call results and detailed commentsAnalyze weekly Key Performance Indicator results and make recommendations for continuous improvementIdentify and qualify viable prospects that lead to meetings with the Director of Business DevelopmentOther FunctionsMay perform other job-related duties as assignedEducation, Experience and Other Skills4-year degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years previous experience in Sales DevelopmentConsistent track record of generating qualified leadsHighly energetic self-starter; results driven with excellent time management skillsStrong people skills; overcome tough objections; solution sellGreat teammate.
