About the CompanyWe are seeking a strategic, experienced, and results-driven professional to join our growing organization as a Corporate Recruiter. In this pivotal role, you will lead talent acquisition initiatives across all levels of the organization, partnering with senior leadership to ensure we attract and retain top talent aligned with our mission.About the RoleDevelop and execute innovative, data-driven talent acquisition strategies to identify and secure high-performing candidates in environmental consulting, engineering, and other technical disciplines. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers, providing insights on talent trends, workforce planning, and market conditions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-impact roles, with a focus on technical and leadership positions. Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building with professionals in the AEC and environmental industries. Refine and optimize recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and talent alignment with organizational goals. Lead initiatives to strengthen employer branding, including the creation of compelling job advertisements, career site enhancements, and targeted recruitment campaigns. Partner with HR and leadership to align hiring practices with broader DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) objectives, fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. Mentor team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to elevate the performance of the hiring team. In lieu of a degree, equivalent years of professional experience may be considered on a year-for-year basis.8+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including leadership-level hiring, preferably within the AEC or environmental consulting industry. (4 years with an advanced degree)Proven ability to develop and execute complex hiring strategies that align with business goals and organizational growth.Strong interpersonal skills with a history of cultivating lasting relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics tools, and advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).Adept at analyzing metrics to refine strategies, forecast recruitment needs, and present actionable insights to leadership.Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
