"‹RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Planning:Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and identify talent gaps, then develop proactive recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Candidate Sourcing:Utilize various methods like networking, social media, job boards, and professional associations to identify and engage potential candidates, including passive candidates. Candi"‹date Evaluation:Conduct thorough candidate screening, in-depth interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success. Hiring Manager Partnership:Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on job descriptions, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation. Offer Negotiation:Negotiate compensation packages with candidates, considering market data and company guidelines. Employer Branding:Contribute to maintaining a positive employer brand by promoting the company culture and employee value proposition. Diversity Recruiting:Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and promote inclusivity throughout the recruitment process. Data Analysis and Reporting:Track key recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform future hiring decisions. Talent Pipeline Management:Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future openings. "‹MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across various levels and functions"‹, primarily Technology."‹8 or more years of experience in a Corporate and or Agency environment. Strong networking and relationship building skills"‹. Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks"‹. Excellent interviewing and assessment skills"‹. Understanding of market trends and compensation strategies"‹. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment"‹.
