Seeking an experienced Sr. Analyst or Manager to join our client's team and play a critical role in managing and enhancing key financial processes. This role will focus on monthly close activities, budgeting, forecasting, SG&A reporting, and financial reporting. This position also involves cross-department collaboration and regular engagement with executives to deliver clear and impactful financial insights.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities during the monthly close, ensuring alignment with accounting for accurate reporting.Serve as the subject matter expert for FCCS, promoting effective use, interpreting data, and collaborating with the accounting team.Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including consolidating inputs, preparing reports, and managing FCCS data inputs.Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly financial reports with variance analysis, trend identification, and actionable recommendations.Manage SG&A expense reporting, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Required Skills and Experience:5-7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or related fields.Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for mid-sized organizations ($50M-$500M revenue preferred).Proficiency with financial consolidation tools, such as FCCS or similar Oracle products, with the ability to extract, interpret, and manage financial data.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
