Apply now, for immediate consideration!Title: HR GeneralistPay Rate: $33.00 - $36.50hourlyWork Location: Seattle, WA or New York, NY - Fully OnsiteDuration: 6 month contract role with a possibility of extension or conversionSchedule: 40 hours week M - FRESPONSIBILITIES:Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.Manage employee relations (ER) cases, including investigations, performance management, and issue resolution.Process HR paperwork and ensure compliance with established procedures and company policies.Prepare internal employee communications related to benefits, compensation, and company policies.Triage and prioritize ad-hoc cases, managing a workload of 5-10 cases per day.Collaborate with a social, highly collaborative team of HR professionals to deliver results.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in employee relations (ER) and performance management investigations.Experience conducting performance management investigations in a large organization.Familiarity with Case Management Systems (CMS) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data analysis, pivot tables).Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining high judgment and prioritization skills.Russell Tobin is a leading minority-owned professional and technical recruitment and staffing advisory organization.
