Our client, a New Jersey based hedge fund, focuses exclusively on managing equity portfolios for institutional clients. Lead role in the automation and improvement in the testing of applications that support proprietary quantitative investment strategies. This is a hybrid position with 3 days a week in the office.Salary: $200kResponsibilities:Develop QA test automation framework including evaluating automation test tools and proof of conceptsPerform hands-on software quality assurance and automation testing to ensure specifications are metMaintain the test data for automation deliverables and assist in writing efficient, reusable automated test planscasesPrepare the necessary data to cover various automation scenarios and write SQL scripts to verify the database updates, insertion and deletion of the recordsResponsible for integrating and improving the change management processes including bug tracking, source control, CICD, and release managementManage and automate software (C++, .Net, C#) deployment using Git, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, etc.Required Qualifications:Master's degree required. EngineeringComputer ScienceMath preferred.Minimum of four (4) years of experience of Software Quality AutomationCoding skills in C++ required.
