Job Responsibilities:Collaborate with management to understand sales team requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier sales talent.Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit for sales roles and company culture.Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and management.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates for future hiring needs.Work closely with management to align recruitment goals with organizational objectives.Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
