All candles and diffusers are produced by hand, we have total control of the manufacturing process ensuring the highest quality and most sustainable products are used.The scented candles and diffusers of the Baobab Collection become statement items linking the beauty of decorative objects to an atmosphere of seductive fragrances.QualificationsThe candidate must be a passionate luxury retail professional with a strong focus on driving sales and delivering a refined customer experienceMinimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably within home decoration or luxuryExcellent selling and communication skills, able to take customers on the Baobab Collection journeyPossess an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive revenue and manage back-office operations, continuously striving for excellencePrevious experience with retail point-of-sale software and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to lift up to 20lbs40 hours per week, you must be flexible and available for five shifts per week including weekend daysResponsibilities We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Retail Sales Manager to play a leading role in the success of our first Florida location.Operate the store on a daily basis.Hire, train, manage and coach other sales associates.Execute superior customer service and experience to increase and retain customer loyaltyCome up with initiatives to drive traffic to the store and grow the customer baseBe aware of the local business environment and keep a close eye on competitors' business activities and general trendsManage and support stock levels through direct communication with key business departmentsImplement corporate guidelines for all visual store merchandising and store maintenanceEnsure exceptional standards of customer service and surpass customer expectations by following the Baobab Collection selling ceremony.Follow visual merchandizing guidelines.
