Interested candidates should reside in the Chicagoland area and be willing to work in person, 5 days per week in the firm's River North office.Koya Law LLC is a Chicago-based, boutique law firm specializing in the negotiation and documentation of agreements supporting capital markets transactions on behalf of its global hedge fund and institutional client base.Open positions: Assistant to Office ManagerResponsibilities Include:General administrative supportAssist with developing and posting marketing materials for firmMaintaining office condition and arranging necessary repairsAssist office manager with monthly billing and invoicesAssist partners with time entryUpdate and maintain office policiesCoordinate with IT dept on office equipmentAssist office manager with onboarding new hiresPlan in-house and offsite activitiesLiaise with facility management vendors including cleaning, catering and security vendorsCoordinating deliveriesGreeting visitorsSkills:Ability to multitaskKnowledge of PowerPoint and CanvaExcellent writing skills and a strong grasp of English grammarHighly detailedProficient in MS Excel and WordExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHighly motivated and adaptableAble to work on a team of diverse individualsPossesses sound judgment and integrityInterested candidates should submit a résumé (with undergraduate GPA) and transcript to with the candidate's name and the job title in the subject line.
