They have an immense track record of exciting and consistent success in the landscape of renewables.About the RoleThey need an individual who can own all aspects of the financial models for the company's project financing transactions of community solar & storage projects upwards of 300+ MW scale. This a fast-paced high impact position with an extremely successful team and this person will be the Sr. VP of Structured Finance's direct #2 with the ambition and expectation of stepping up inResponsibilities7 to 10 years of finance experience required and a minimum of 5 years working in the renewable energy.Ability to demonstrate specific personal experience in tax equity structures utilized in the solar industry.Demonstrable credit, financial analysis, quantitative and modeling skills.Ideally someone who's lead transactions and managed teams.Experience Running all project level financing.Must have ability to cross function with multiple teams within offices spread throughout the US.Required SkillsExperience Running all project level financing.Ability to demonstrate specific personal experience in tax equity structures utilized in the solar industry.Demonstrable credit, financial analysis, quantitative and modeling skills.Ideally someone who's lead transactions and managed teams.Must have ability to cross function with multiple teams within offices spread throughout the US.Pay range and compensation packageSalary Expectations: $230k-$260k base +60%70% bonus & LTIPLocation: San Francisco (Hybrid)
