Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, electrical systems, fire safety equipment, and plumbing to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and energy efficiency across our base building facilities.Responsibilities:Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems, fire safety equipment, and plumbing in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards.Identify, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety system malfunctions efficiently.Perform preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems to ensure longevity and minimize downtime.Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and contractors to resolve complex building system issues.Monitor, analyze, and improve system performance data for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems to enhance energy efficiency and reliability.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, work orders, and compliance with safety standards.Ensure all work meets safety regulations, codes, and company standards while handling HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests and emergency situations involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or fire safety systems.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or fire safety systems preferred.Proven experience in maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing infrastructure, and fire safety equipment.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and building plans.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and building codes.Audit compliance: Ensuring maintenance activities adhere to safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards.
