Job Title: Delivery Head Technical Delivery leadPM - DevSecOps Engineering. Location: Chicago,IL Key Responsibilities:DevSecOps Engineering Management:Drive strategic initiatives for CICD pipelines, IaC, telemetry & monitoring, and security test orchestration.Provide AWS cloud infrastructure support for Java, .NET, and Node.js application teams.Project Planning and Execution:Implement Rhythm of Business (ROB) frameworks for planning and tracking initiatives using JIRA and Agile Scrum practices.Enterprise Support Management:Manage DevSecOps enterprise support operations using ServiceNow and JIRA Service Management.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work with Enterprise Architecture, Platform, and Security teams to define and enforce best practices.Tooling and Migration Initiatives:Lead enterprise tool migrations, including transitions to new CICD management platforms.Qualifications:Experience:8+ years in project management roles within DevSecOps, cloud, or platform engineering.Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum, CICD tools, and AWS solutions.Skills:Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, Terraform, Prometheus, and ServiceNow.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.Certifications: PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agile certifications are a plus.Nice to have:Pre-Sales experience1. Experience in working in RFPs for large customers that includes, proposal review, solution building, proposal writing, Oral presentations, Due-Diligence, Contract writing, Sales to Delivery handover etc. 2. Experience in working Delivery-Led sales inside one account that includes, Understanding customer's need and budget, preparing solutions, presentation and contracting.
