Position Summary - Create and maintain customer base in specified territory by assisting Regional Advisors.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResearch target markets and identify the point of contact for prospectingActively build and maintain assigned client relationshipsThorough knowledge of product lines, product maintenance needs, basic install requirements and KYA processesCollect as much information as possible from clients for any upcoming opportunities (product, color, style, lead time, size of area, etc)Enter information in the KUEHubSpot that is relevant to daily activityFollow up on quote status for timely delivery to clientsDeliver quotes to client and follow up as necessaryHave the ability to answer questions regarding quotes you are responsible forCreate new support tickets for marketing, tech, etc.Send PO's and signed quotes to Contracts department for processingFollow up with Operations for the status of installdelivery dates and notify clientVisit installs, as necessary and be a site coordinator when assigned by Sales ManagerFacilitate signed work releases and forward to Operations DepartmentTake before and after photos of installs, as necessaryAssist with taking marketing quality pictures of jobsUnderstanding of how to estimate jobBe able to measure indoor and outdoor projectsAssist Operations department with scheduling work ,as necessaryAssist Accounting department with collections, as necessaryAttend various events, including but not limited to, Trade Shows, Conventions and Presentations as a representative of The KYA GroupSet up and break down trade show eventsTraveling around California to support RA's.
