A large Private Equity firm is looking to add to their talent management teamResponsibilitiesï‚· Partner with HR Business Partners to execute and facilitate talent management processes such as performance reviews, promotions, year-end compensation, and organizational reviewsï‚· Organize and analyze large datasets on performance, compensation, education, titles, or other factors and interpret information into a succinct format to report results to senior leadershipï‚· Collaborate across HR functions to help process and onboard new hires, transfers, and terminations within Workdayï‚· Work with HR colleagues to design, implement and support strategic talent initiatives such as engagement surveys, succession planning, and exit interviewsRequirementsï‚· Bachelor's Degree is required A minimum of 4+ years of experience within Human Resources across Generalist,Business Partner, Learning & Development andor Talent Acquisitionï‚· Strong data and analytical skills and experience.
