In this role, you will leverage your expertise in contracts and commercial strategies to support our sales and delivery teams throughout the contract lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of contract risks, negotiation strategies, and compliance to deliver high-value outcomes for both clients and our organization.Key Responsibilities:Contract Lifecycle Management: Support the negotiation, drafting, and ongoing management of client contracts, ensuring compliance with obligations and company policies.Client Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts, understanding client needs and priorities to support account strategy and business objectives.Sales and Revenue Growth: Collaborate with sales teams to shape potential deals, expand the scope of agreements, and support new business opportunities.Risk Mitigation: Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks, working with project leadership to achieve optimal outcomes.Team Collaboration: Work with contract management staff across multiple projects and geographies, providing input into performance management activities and ensuring consistency in contract management practices.Process Improvement: Support the development of innovative strategies to improve contract margins and protect revenue by effectively managing commercial levers and risks.Global Collaboration: Embrace diversity and demonstrate respect for cross-cultural teams, promoting an inclusive work environment.Key Skills and Competencies:Strong sales acumen and ability to engage with both executives and non-executivesExpertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively as a leader and team playerExperience working with diverse global teams and environmentsAdditional Information:Some travel may be requiredThis role offers the flexibility of working remotely with occasional in-office requirementsIf you are a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with extensive contract management and sales experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team.
