With a strong presence in the U.S., we operate standalone boutiques, partner with premier department stores, and maintain a selective distribution network of independent high-end home décor stores and niche perfumeries.Our second brand, Carrií¨re Frí¨res, is a natural, sustainable, botanical home fragrance line that pays homage to the Carrií¨re brothers, who revitalized the Royal Wax Manufacture in 1884.Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Area Sales Representative to oversee and expand our presence in the Southern United States. In this role, you will drive business growth by nurturing existing client relationships and strategically acquiring new high-end customers. Representing both Trudon and Carrií¨re Frí¨res, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our luxury brands and achieving sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Merchandising: Ensure optimal product presentation and visual merchandising in client stores to reflect the brand's luxury image.Training: Provide comprehensive training to clients and their staff on product knowledge and sales techniques to maximize performance.Business Development: Actively identify and cultivate potential leads within the independent perfumery, home décor, and luxury retail sectors.Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring the continued growth of their candle and body fragrance business.Product Expertise: Master the features and benefits of Trudon and Carrií¨re Frí¨res products to provide expert advice and training to clients.Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight how our products enhance the ambiance of homes and businesses.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and distribution objectives, ensuring successful product assortment management and launch implementations.Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software.Travel: Regular travel (approximately 50%) within the Southern U.S. to meet clients, attend training sessions, and participate in events.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the luxury goods or home décor industry.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.A valid driver's license.BenefitsCompetitive base salary with performance-based bonuses.Yearly Gross Salary 70-80k USDComprehensive benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Potential for career advancement within a growing and prestigious organization.Collaborative and supportive work environment.ApplicationIf you are a driven, results-oriented professional with a passion for luxury products and an appreciation for craftsmanship, we encourage you to apply for the Area Sales Representative role at Trudon.
