Your new trajectory starts here at Launch!The Role: As the Vice President of Software Engineering and Cloud & Infrastructure at Launch Consulting, you will be instrumental in leading our AI-first, Digital Transformation strategy by overseeing both the Software Engineering and Cloud & Infrastructure studios to drive innovation across our business. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive the growth of our technical capabilities, deliver transformative solutions, and build strong, lasting client relationships. We are seeking someone with an AI-first mindset to lead us into the future.Key Responsibilities:Studio Leadership:Strategic Vision & Execution: Develop and lead the strategic direction of the Software Engineering and Cloud & Infrastructure studios, aligning it with the company's goals and the evolving Digital Transformation and AI landscape.Operational Excellence: Ensure both studios operate as a high-performing unit, consistently driving innovation and delivering top-tier solutions.Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, ensuring optimal talent deployment on projects that align with the firm's strategic novation Hub: Position the studios as the centerpiece of innovation within the organization, piloting and scaling new methodologies, tools, and technologies.Quality & Performance: Maintain the highest standards of quality in all solutions, ensuring they meet client expectations and business outcomes.Client Engagement & Business Development:Client Solutions: Collaborate with Business Units and Sales teams to deliver client-specific Digital Transformation solutions that address critical needs and drive measurable benefits.Pre-Sales Leadership: Lead pre-sales efforts, including client presentations, solutioning, proposal development, and RFP responses.Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand studio services and offerings with new and existing clients.Offering & Market Development:End-to-End Accountability: Own the direction and outcomes of studio offerings, providing expert technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery.Capability Development: Support the growth and development of both the Software Engineering and Cloud & Infrastructure studios, experimenting with and scaling new offerings.Thought Leadership: Drive brand development through thought leadership, including publishing, public speaking, and client engagements.Team Development & Leadership: Mentorship & Growth: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within your dustry Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating emerging technologies and best practices into the studio's offerings.Required Qualifications and Skills Include: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.Consulting Expertise: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering andor Cloud and Infrastructure leadership within a consulting environment.AI Ecosystem Mastery: Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem as related to Software Engineering, Cloud & Infrastructure, including tools, technologies, and market trends.Strategic Leadership: Extensive experience leading and delivering large, complex projects and client deliverables with a focus on tangible mercial Acumen: Strong ability to manage project budgets, financial performance, and business growth.Executive Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical pensation & Benefits:As an employee at Launch, you will grow your skills and experience through a variety of exciting project work (across industries and technologies) with some of the top companies in the world! The anticipated base wage range for this role is $235,000-$285,000.
