Join us as an Administrative Manager at our Austin HQ, where you'll play a key role in supporting our teams, building operational excellence, and helping shape pop culture by bringing our clients' brands to life on screen.Roles & ResponsibilitiesOverview: This role is pivotal to the company's success, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations while providing strategic counsel and support to team members and executives. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the daily operations, including but not limited to finance, human resources, legal, social media, and executive assistance for both business-related and personal tasks.Office Management: You will manage and streamline office operations and administrative procedures to ensure efficiency across all four office locations. This includes overseeing the ordering and management of office supplies, ensuring that all operational needs are met efficiently and effectively.Financial Management: You will assist in managing financial tasks such as payroll processing, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records to support the finance department.Human Resources: You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Additionally, you will coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.Executive Support: You will provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling sensitive information. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that executives can focus on strategic initiatives while relying on your support for their administrative needs.Social Media Management: You will assist with the creation and scheduling of social media posts, monitor social media accounts, and respond to basic inquiries. Coordination with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging will be essential. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks related to social media, such as tracking analytics and maintaining content calendars.Collaboration: You will work closely with various managers and departments to provide operational support and enhance departmental efficiency.
