You'll collaborate with Ned's founding team to:Create scalable front-end applications that are efficient, reusable abstractions and systems, and which drive high-impact results for lenders across the countryGather requirements from customers and accurately translate business needs into functional front-end codeWork closely with designers and marketing stakeholders to implement versatile front-end solutions that enable lenders to launch cutting edge financial productsDevelop internal tools that enable the business team to closely track the product and customersYour background3+ years of experience in a Front-end Software Engineering role.1+ years of experience in FlutterExperience building and deploying Flutter applicationsDeep experience working with JavaScript.Expertise in consuming RESTful APIs.Experience with Unit and Integration Testing MethodologiesProficiency with GIT version control.A self-starter; you can unblock yourself and determine the best path forward when unexpected roadblocks introduce themselvesHas strong verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent work-related experience is preferredDoes this sound like you?We're looking for someone who wants to help set the foundation of something special and build a category-defining technology.You're comfortable dealing with moving pieces, you work gracefully across teams and functions, and you can build consensus with those that have different perspectives.What's more, you thrive in a feedback-driven culture and while you sweat the small stuff, you don't do so too much.Most importantly, you're also not shy of taking on big problems.We believe that our technology will make lending more inclusive and we hope you would want to rally behind that work.
