The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for fostering and building mutually beneficial relationships with current customers while simultaneously building new customer relationships and generating new sales.The successful candidate will travel into our Davenport, Iowa for onboarding, training, and at least once per quarter for team building and other events. Travel will also be required for tradeshows, conferences, and customer visits.This remote position is open to those that live in the Dallas metro area.Who You Are:Customer-centric. Naturally curious and willing to continuously to learn and seek ways to innovate.What You'll Do:Drive leads from tradeshows and events by implementing a world-class system using outbound calls, emails, and text messaging campaigns.Collaboratively communicate with customers to understand their technical needs and requirements, engineer solutions, and explain product offerings.Document customer interactions, including deals and tickets, in CRM system (HubSpot).Own opportunities and action items throughout the sales process and engage local reps and distributors to drive orders.Use a CRM tool (HubSpot) to manage interactions with customers and potential customers.Experiment and innovate new ways to engage customers and drive sales.Schedule and deliver engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and application engineering in-person or through online tools.Experiment and innovate new ways to engage customers and drive sales.Travel as required and represent Grace Technologies and engage with customers and vendors at assigned trade shows and other events.
