We are looking for a Freelance Technical Designer for sleepwear, loungewear, bras and panties. This is a freelance position and operates 5 days onsite in their NYC office. Responsibilities:Executes the technical design process from development to final fit. Analyzes and evaluates garments to develop the correct fit specifications.Ensures that products are developed in a manner consistent with established fit quality, standards, manufacturer capabilities, and cost specifications. Develops technical specifications and communicates fit to vendors factories for approvals and corrections. Makes appropriate adjustments with factories as required to ensure the integrity of design-approved prototypes while monitoring quality and targeted price.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Fashion, or equivalent experience. 5-8+ years experience in technical design.Excellent problem solver.Ability to maintain composure in a stressful situation.
