Apply today.WHAT YOU'LL DO: Work in a hands-on and collaborative environment both internally as well across all levels within our client partners Focus on project execution across a variety of complex healthcare topics, participating and owning aspects of the discovery, design, and delivery of engagement work products Effectively communicate conclusions directly to clients through the creation of succinct and impactful deliverables Display intellectual curiosity and eagerness to continually evolve your healthcare industry knowledge Actively contribute to the growth and evolution of ArmitageWHO YOU ARE: Team player with grit, integrity, and a strong attention to detail Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience 1+ years working in a team-based role (e.g., management consulting, finance, healthcare-focused organizations) Have a strong service mindset and thrive in a fast-paced environment Take pride in enabling the best work of others on the teamAbility to identify, structure and solve business problems Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Desire to mentor and be mentored (both formally and informally) Ability and interest to travel, up to 25% annually WHAT WE OFFER: A reasonable pay scale for this role is $85,000-$115,000. The pay scale for this role reflects a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. At Armitage, it is not typical for an employee, at any level, to be hired at or near the top of the salary range, as compensation decisions are dependent on the factors listed above.
