Viridan Group | VP of Engineering, Data Centers

Viridan Group is working with an exciting developer and owner of data centers in the US. Their team is in need of a VP of Engineering to oversee the development and design of hyperscale sites across the US. This position will lead this department and guide engineering efforts for 3+ GW of projects.Responsibilities:Develop and enhance engineering strategies, standards, and processes related to project delivery.Lead a team of 10 engineers covering mechanical, electrical, and control systemsProvide guidance throughout the design, installation, and commissioning phases.Oversee technical submittals to ensure site designs meet standards.Collaborate with procurement, operations, and construction to align designs with business objectives.Qualifications:Extensive experience in engineering within the data center spacePrior leadership experience in the DC industryProven ability to manage complex projects, including new construction and retrofits.Understanding of CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, andor Navisworks Knowledge of industry standards such as.
