Purpose:This position identifies, solicits and contracts with employers of Information Technology professionals for temporary and permanent placement opportunities.The Business Developer will find and develop prospective business through a variety of marketing sources but primarily through cold outreach. The Business Developer will create and maintain relationships with the specific contacts within these facilities who are responsible for engaging staffing assistance. The Business Developer will then work to make a match between the client and a candidate procured by the Recruiting team.Responsibilities:Proactively develop new client contact relationships utilizing cold-calling techniques (sourcing), LinkedIn messaging, responding to leads and prospecting for known and unknown clients using the company database.The objective of these calls is to gather information regarding the client's staffing needs and to establish rapport.Proper identification and documentation of business opportunities in the corporate database to maintain ownership is vital.Once trust has been gained and a relationship established, swiftly move to the role of a trusted partner, acting as a single point of contact for these client contacts, coordinating all aspects of staffing sales and service.Work within the client's organization to leverage relationships and cross sellexpand services within the environment.Maintain an appropriate amount of contact with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to influence decisions for more temporary or permanent assignments to be placed by SpringbokIT.Negotiates client contracts consistent with gross margin objectivesMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Appropriately partners with departmental and corporate-level teammates to ensure the completion of necessary documentation relating to placements.Qualifications:2+ years of agency staffing salesConsistentpersistent hard worker who is dedicated and committed to succeed with the drive and ability to get results.Possess high level of self-responsibility and ownership of results.Confident (but not arrogant), with both competitiveness, curiosity and creativity to devise solutions as key personality traits.Effective written and oral communicationHonest and moral character to grow relationships and to earn a trusted-partner status with our customers.Effective negotiation skills, striving for "win-win" outcomes.Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage the details of a large book of business.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
