We're dedicated to providing pet parents with peace of mind by offering accessible and comprehensive coverage so their furry companions can lead happier, healthier lives.We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Media Lead to manage best practice implementation and campaign excellence across paid social, paid search, connected TV (CTV), and linear TV channels. This role is responsible for driving innovation, team development, and excellence in media execution while fostering a high-performance culture within the digital investment team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Media Lead will serve as a thought leader, ensuring flawless execution from campaign launch to post-buy analysis and aligning strategies with key industry trends.Salary: Up to $100K per year, plus a 20% performance-based bonusLocation: On-site, 5 days a week, at our vibrant Downtown Miami officeStrategic Leadership & Best Practices: Implement and oversee best practices across paid social, paid search, CTV, and linear TV channels.Provide thought leadership in alternative buying models and integrated media projects to drive innovation and efficiency.Stay at the forefront of industry trends, sharing actionable updates with the team and agency partners.Team Leadership & Development: Lead by example while motivating, coaching, and developing the full Digital Investment team.Foster an environment of trust, accountability, and continuous learning for junior staff.Delegate tasks effectively, providing clear instructions, objectives, and expectations.Manage the team workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and campaign objectives.Campaign Execution & Excellence: Digital Media PlanningBuying and ExecutionAccountable for team delivering consumer centric fully integrated Digital Media plans that are on brief and meet all client objectives in partnership with Comms Planning, Connection Planning & specialty teamsEnsure junior team members deliver campaigns with precision and excellence, from launch to post-buy analysis.Drive a culture of accountability, ensuring the highest standards in campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting.Collaboration & Industry Engagement: Serve as a key connector within the digital media industry, leveraging strong relationships to identify opportunities for Spot.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to align media strategies with broader business objectives.Key Competencies Media Expertise: Strong business acumen and expertise in digital media, including site direct and specialty prehensive knowledge of syndicated tools for planning, buying, reporting, insights, and optimization.Keen understanding of budget management and campaign performance metrics.Leadership & Teamwork: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with others effectively.Demonstrates initiative and a self-starter mentality.Skilled in creating a positive, collaborative, and accountable team munication & Problem-Solving: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills.Strong problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.Effective communication skills to convey clear objectives and insights to diverse stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in media strategy, planning, and execution, with expertise in digital and traditional media channels.Deep understanding of paid social, paid search, CTV, and linear TV media.Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Nielsen, and campaign management platforms.Certifications: Google Ads Certification (required).Meta Blueprint Certification (required).IAB Digital Media Buying Certification (preferred).What we offer:A collaborative and supportive work environment, recognized as a Great Place to Work.Monthly cell phone allowance of $100Medical, dental, and vision benefitsLife insuranceUnlimited PTOBring your pet to workYour pet insurance is covered (up to $100month)401k with company matchCatered breakfast and lunch dailyClassPass membershipEducation Assistance Program (up to $1500year)Annual performance-based bonus
