Job Description:We are seeking to hire a Client-Facing Director of Employee Relations to join EmployInsure, the parent company of Samuel Hale and Evoove. In this role you will serve as the point of contact for clients in the areas of HR policies, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, great interpersonal skills, and experience managing multiple clients' accounts while delivering exceptional customer service.Act as the primary HR advisor to a portfolio of clients, addressing their unique needs and challenges.Provide guidance on HR best practices, including workforce planning, talent management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.Partner with clients to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks tailored to their business needs.Assist clients with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.Support clients in navigating federal, state, and local labor laws, such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and EEO regulations.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., payroll, benefits, risk management) to deliver comprehensive PEO services to clients.Facilitate training sessions for clients on HR topics, including leadership development, workplace compliance, and diversity and inclusion.Conduct HR audits to identify potential risks and recommend solutions to ensure compliance and mitigate liabilities.Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.Stay informed about HR trends, legal updates, and industry best practices to proactively address client needs. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of HR experience, with a strong preference within a PEO, staffing, or client-facing environment.Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and HR best practices. California law expertise is a strong preference.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.Experience with HR technologies, isolved payroll system; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.HR certifications such as SHRM-CPSCP are highly preferred.Ability to travel to the Southern California office and client sites, as required.HR vendor and external stakeholder relationship management.
