Local Radius: 60 miles Locals accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions: If a candidate is a clinical PASS, the account manager can auto offer a traveler that has 7 days or less of NON-HOLIDAY RTO. Any candidate that has 7+ days and/or includes holidays will have to be submitted to the facility for approval and can delay the process. Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Unit Specific Information 8W Neuro/General Surgery Unit is a 25 mixed bed neurosurgery and general surgery unit serving any related patient with or without stepdown component. Additional Details Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
