Pulp Area - Supervisor Salary Range $80,000 - $115,000 Plus Benefits, Bonus & Paid Relocation to the Mid-West Our stable client is recruiting a Pulp Mill Supervisor. You'll work with the Superintendent of Fiber as your immediate influence and directly with Area Managers, Maintenance Planners and other Supervisors. Your overall goal is to provide support, transparency, & accountability to your department. Your areas of accountabilities: · Work with the Operations Team to provide a safe and efficient work environment. Meeting production goals. · Meet with the Planner and Review and all area work notifications · Influencing weekly Planning and Scheduling by providing updates weekly · Works with department managers and maintenance to support outages and reliable equipment · Participates in and help identify process and reliability improvement opportunities · Track & drive improvements.
