Learning & Organizational Effectiveness Coordinator Location: Remote Job ID: #70318 Pay Range: $13-15.50**The deadline to apply is 02032025Job Description Reporting to the Associate Director, Learning, the Learning & Organizational Effectiveness (L&OE) Co-Ordinator will support the execution and development of the L&OE strategy, with a focus on coordinating all learning activities, including managing the learning calendar and ensuring all events run smoothly from start to end.Primary ResponsibilitiesReserve classroom spaceCreate sessions in Workday LearningWork with on-site contact for local logistic needs including room set-up, AV needs, training materials (e.g. flipcharts, markers), etc.Partner with the Assoc. Director, Learning to track registration & make cancellation decisionsSchedule session pre-call where necessaryPlace catering ordersDownload roster from WDL and share with facilitatorsManage and track inventory of materials (order supplies, print participant materials, etc.)Send pre- and post-session manager and participant communicationsEmail Manager, Employees and Co-Pilot reminders, guidebook and links to surveyRespond to manager and participant questionsconcerns via HR, L&OE or RFT mailboxesInput completions in LMS and other filesspreadsheets as appropriatePull reports from Service NowRetrieve new hire email addresses from WorkdayAdd participants to portalCreate Zoom linksRun Zoom attendance reportSend, tabulate, and communicate pre- and post-survey resultsSharePoint administrationManage internal chargebacksManage the L&OE MailboxAssist the L&OE facilitators on expense reportsbooking travel, when neededCompile L&OE inputs & metrics for Data BookRaise POs and track invoicesRun new employee reports in Workday and filter, as neededAppropriately format, upload to and download data from CVentBasic Qualifications and ExperienceStrong planning and organizing skillsPrior experience managing learning eventsStrong skills using Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred Qualifications and Experiences Workday learning administration experienceRequirementsUS Citizen and US Person candidates permitted Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
