Pay Rate: $21 hour Location: The Colony, TX (on-site) Duration: Temp to Hire Training Schedule: 4 weeks | Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm CST Work Schedule (after training): Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm CST Start Date: 12025 Responsibilities Act as a liaison between patients , healthcare providers, and pharmaceutical companies to facilitate communication and understanding Guide members through the complexities of prescription management to ensure cost-effective access to vital medications Empower clients and members to maximize program benefits Providing skilled triage and care coordination Collaborate with internal and external teams Handle inbound and outbound calls to members, providers, and pharmacies Efficiently manage forms and data to facilitate patient assistance Resolve issues with empathy and adherence to compliance standards Qualifications 2+ years in pharmaceutical healthcare industry such as Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), Pharmacy Coordination, and Technician roles Proficiency in a high-volume call center environment ACTIVE Pharmacy Technician Certification REQUIRED Strong organizational skills and independent work capabilities Problem-solving abilities and creative thinking in immediate and unique situations High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
