Telemetry and Flight Termination System (TMFTS) Engineer - 2nd Shift Location: Grand Prairie, TX Job ID: #70249 Pay Range: $60-72Job Description:Telemetry and Flight Termination System (TMFTS) Engineer to support MFC-Dallas production and development efforts.Primary responsibility will be to provide TMFTS supplier component technical oversight to support ongoing qualification andor lot acceptance tests and production deliveries.Candidate will be responsible for communicating status and issues as well as recommendations to program.Travel to supplier, production, andor test locations will be required on an as needed basis. Required Experience:At least 4+ years of prior experience working with TMFTS systems, RCC-319 and Test Range Safety organizations.4-6 years of Electronic Testing experience is required.4-6 years of Mechanical Testing experience is required.The role includes elements of requirements, design, analysis, integration, test, reviews, and safety coordination.Candidate needs to be a self-starter and have the capability of determining one's own tasking based on input from program.Must be US Citizen DESIRED EXPERIENCESKILLS:The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience to manage external suppliers with a focus on requirements verification, technical performance, and schedule.Excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills to all managementjunior levels is desired.Demonstrated experience presenting at programdesign reviews, technical reviews, and safety reviews is desired.Source program is missile launched from airborne military platforms.
