You execute on time, every time.You are amazing under pressure; you even thrive under it.You are naturally persuasive.You are self-motivated.You know how to work on and with a team to get the job done.You are a professional in the way you think, behave, act, and dress.You show up and don't leave your team hanging.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:•     Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring excellent communication and building strong relationships.•     Lead internal teams responsible for various PR functions, including traditional media, social media, online presence, community engagement, multimedia content and industry outreach.•     Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client business goals, strategies, industries, and target audiences.•     Provide strategic advice to clients, offering creative ideas and solutions to meet their PR and business needs.•     Proactively engage with media outlets to pitch and promote client messages.•     Manage client expectations, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion of deliverables.•     Monitor and measure the effectiveness of integrated campaigns, delivering regular reports and updates to clients.•     Report progress and merchandise success to clients.Beyond this, you must have experience in PR as well as the skill set PR requires. Additional requirements:You have a bachelor's degree and the following experience:Must have at least 5+ years of direct PR experience.You have strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.You have a portfolio of media placements in several of the following industries: consumer packaged goods, restaurants, lifestyleentertainment, legal, business, real estate, medical, cannabis & emerging markets.You can write compelling stories, pitches and other PR materials.You have experience pitching national, regional, and local media.You have solid media relationships to bring to the firm.You have the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.You have a solid understanding of the business and can create PR strategies and media plans.You are strategic and can identify media opportunities and originate placements.You are a team player and can manage and work with other team members.You have a working knowledge of Muck Rack, Microsoft Office for Mac.You like to have fun and feel GREAT about the team and clients you work with!Pluses: Bilingual, knowledge of AP StylebookAt Durée & Company, we are insanely passionate about PR and take great pride in delivering and making the client happy.
