A nonprofit organization in New York City is currently seeking a new Salesforce QA Analyst to join their growing team.About the Opportunity:Assignment Length: Long -termSetting: Hybrid (3 days a week)Responsibilities:Evaluating the functionality, quality and performance of Salesforce applications and customizationsExecuting functional, integration, performance, security, and regression testingCheck accuracy in Reports and Dashboards to reflect real-time dataConducting Integration Testing to ensure smooth data flow between Salesforce and external systemsWorking as part of cross functional, passionate Agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process from requirements definition through to deliveryTranslating functional requirements and specifications into documented test plans, cases and stepsConducting exploratory testing and executing test functional plans manuallyCreation and maintenance of test data, tools and scriptsIdentifying issues, risks and dependencies escalating and managing where appropriateReporting bugs and errors to development teamsWorking with Automation Engineers to ensure proper Smoke, Regression test suites are built and create required Test Cycle Summary and additional reportingQualifications:5+ years of overall Testing experience as a QA Engineer supporting enterprise web applications3+ years of experience in UI and API testing Lightning Salesforce applicationsSolid understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture and conceptsExperience with Salesforce Inquiry Management, Deal Management, Profile and Permissions, SF Chat, SF Batch Processes, MCAE Tool, Prospect and Email Marketing, Automation rulesExperience with Salesforce Workflow Transformation (WFT), Salesforce Reports testingExperience with PardotCertification - Salesforce Admin Platform DeveloperProven experience in writing and executing manual test cases (functional, end to end, integration, etc.)Thorough understanding of SDLC, QA processes in an Agile delivery environmentExcellent working knowledge of testing fundamentals and test case design techniquesProficient with Bug Tracking and Test Management tools (Zephyr for JIRA) to support development processesDesired Skills:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer ScienceCTFL, ISTQB, CSQA or CSTE certifiedExperience with test automation frameworks like AccelQCross-BrowserMobile device testing using tools such as Sauce LabsTest Objects, Browser stack or any similar cloud platformDesired Skills and ExperienceQualifications:5+ years of overall Testing experience as a QA Engineer supporting enterprise web applications3+ years of experience in UI and API testing Lightning Salesforce applicationsSolid understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture and conceptsExperience with Salesforce Inquiry Management, Deal Management, Profile and Permissions, SF Chat, SF Batch Processes, MCAE Tool, Prospect and Email Marketing, Automation rulesExperience with Salesforce Workflow Transformation (WFT), Salesforce Reports testingExperience with PardotCertification - Salesforce Admin Platform DeveloperProven experience in writing and executing manual test cases (functional, end to end, integration, etc.)Thorough understanding of SDLC, QA processes in an Agile delivery environmentExcellent working knowledge of testing fundamentals and test case design techniquesProficient with Bug Tracking and Test Management tools (Zephyr for JIRA) to support development processes
