Our client, a mass market beauty brand, is hiring a Sales Account Manager to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule. This is a temporary position that will start immediately and continue to June 2025 with the possibility to extend based on performance and the needs of the business.Job Duties Include:Manage and pick up retail inventory planning quickly and run with itManage account P&L to drive sales and maximize profitDrive productivity to be the market leader and exceed retailer salesDevelop relationships with retailers including getting to know the supply, marketing, PR and digital teamsPartner with teams on promotional activity to develop and execute promotional ideasLeverage retailer vehicles and channels to integrate a 360-degree approach to maximize sales and ROIEvaluate promotional activity to inform future activitiesPartner with relevant teams to ensure excellent execution for all seasonal updatesAssist with customer events including developing and managing eventsMonitor, analyze, and report customer gross and retail sales data focus to drive businessCollaborate with teams to operationalize strategies by customerContribute to assortment planning to meet financial objectivesAssist in preparation of monthly inventory meetings and S&OP meetingsJob Qualifications Include:Bachelor's degree in relevant field or related job experience5+ years of account management experienceAdvanced Excel skills associated with large volumes of data, data management. and reportingProficient in computer systems including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other associated scheduling, forecasting software packagesProficient in retail inventory planningStrong data management and analytic skillsAbility to travel as required for customer eventsProven problem-solving capabilitiesStrong leadership and relationship-building skillsSalary: $45hr*While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
