Principal AIML Engineering opportunity with a fast-growing Biotech company!We're looking for a Senior or Principal-level engineer with a background in artificial intelligence, deep learning, and machine learning with a focus on developing and optimizing generative models.Required experience with AI models relating to bioinformatics, pharmaceutical, or drug development projects.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models (Generative AI techniques such as GANs, VAEs, and Transformers)Implement machine learning pipelines and workflows to support the deployment and maintenance of AI modelsAnalyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns that can inform model developmentOptimize and fine-tune generative models for performance, scalability, and robustnessWork with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI models into production systemsLead projects and mentor junior team membersQualifications:5+ years of industry experienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Biology, or similar - Artificial Intelligence or Machine LearningProficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AIML frameworks.Familiarity with MLOps practicesStrong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniquesExperience with cloud platforms - AWS, GCP, AzureAbility to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical membersCompensation and BenefitsMarket leading full compensation packageHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) matchUnfortunately, no C2C or VISA sponsorship
