Summary:We are looking for a skilled accounts payable clerk with a strong work history to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.Responsibilities:Process a high volume of vendor invoices for payment and employee expense reports in compliance with policies and proceduresComplete the processing and distribute weekly check runsEstablish and setup new vendor accountsMaintain existing vendor accountsVerify discrepancies and resolve vendor billing issuesPerform other duties as assignedSkillsProven working experience as accounts payable clerkSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principlesData entry skills along with a knack for numbersHands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary softwareProficiency in English and in MS OfficeCustomer service orientation skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detail
