CSP has been retained by a well-established, reputable real estate firm looking for a Director of Leasing. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks and performance of the internal leasing department, as well as managing 3rd party broker relationships, with a focus on growing the retail portfolio and remaining flex assets. This position will also work closely with all other departments at the firm, including development & acquisitions, accounting & finance, investor relations & marketing, legal, and property management.
