We are looking for a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Process Engineer generally assists in the production line of surface mount technologies, which involve attaching electronic materials to printed circuit boards. Finished products will be inspected by an engineer to assess their quality. RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement advanced processes and SMT methodologiesPerform direct and failure analysis for Surface Mount Technology (SMT)Lead improvements in process yield, quality, cycle time, inventory access, and deliveryLead a team of SMT Machine Operators and Process TechniciansMonitor manufacturing quality and actively draw up manufacturing planProcess and record data in order to improve the programming and increase efficiencyEDUCATION:B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field, M.S.M.B.A in Engineering or related is a plus.
